ReVive Workforce Development (RWD) specializes in assisting employers recruit and retain workforce talent. Unlike traditional staffing companies, our approach focuses on helping an employee overcome barriers that may prevent them from obtaining and maintaining employment. RWD is not a staffing company. We are a workforce development company. We value an employer’s needs for recruitment of quality talent, provide solutions, and work with employers to ensure employee retention.

Our Strategy:
The pillars of our model are PLACEMENT and RETENTION.

PLACEMENT: After learning about an employer’s recruitment and workforce development needs, we begin the process of identifying qualified people to meet those needs. At first engagement with our employee clients, we begin a unique process to ensure workforce readiness. The ReVive Workforce Development Certification Program ensures that our clients are truly prepared to begin work and help your company.

This process helps our clients meet tangible goals to ensure workforce readiness with expediency. Our method provides our clients with proactive solutions to issues that negatively impact employment stability, prior to job placement.

Upon completion of the Certification Program, our clients will have planned for and identified solutions for common retention issues such as, but not limited to: transportation, housing stability, obtaining required documentation to begin work, identifying systems of support, financial planning, childcare planning, and personal development.

Our clients will be fully prepared to hit the ground running on day one.

RETENTION: We realize that our job is just beginning after the job placement. Our main goal after new employee placements is long term employee retention. Post-placement, through weekly retention planning meetings with our clients and continued communication with our employer partners, we monitor work performance and plan for ongoing success and employment longevity.

Our retention centered, intensive case management practices work to ensure that our clients are not only meeting the needs of their employers, but also developing and practicing daily habits and behaviors to maintain long term employment and establish themselves as reliable assets to your company.

RWD has innovative partnerships with academic institutions, private businesses, community service providers, and faith-based organizations to provide our clients with tangible solutions to overcome common barriers which impact long lasting employment stability.
